Exotic World ("we", "us", "our") operates this landing page and the connected store at exoticworld.ca. This policy explains what information we collect when you subscribe for our 15% off code, why we collect it, and how to make us forget you whenever you'd like.

What we collect

When you submit the email form on this site, we store:

• Your email address.
• The interest tags you optionally tap (Exotic Fashion, Men, Babies, Astonish Me Looks, Teens).
• Anonymous marketing attribution data — UTM parameters and HTTP referrer — so we know which Reel, post, banner or partner site brought you to us.
• A timestamp of when you signed up.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any device identifiers on this funnel page. Purchases on exoticworld.ca are handled by Shopify and governed by Shopify's separate privacy notice.

Why we collect it

• To email you your 15% off code immediately after you sign up.
• To send occasional marketing emails about new drops, sales and the Astonish Me Looks line.
• To understand which channels (Instagram, YouTube, partner sites) are driving signups, so we can invest in the ones that work.

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to operate the funnel. Each only receives what they need to do their job:

• Resend — delivers your welcome email and any future marketing emails. Resend's privacy policy.
• MongoDB Atlas — stores subscriber records securely.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Your rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from any email we send — one click in the footer of the message.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of all your subscriber data. We'll do it within 30 days.

Cookies

This landing page uses a tiny bit of sessionStorage and localStorage in your browser to (a) remember if you've already seen the exit-intent popup, and (b) preserve your marketing attribution while you navigate the funnel. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.

Updates to this policy

If we materially change how we handle subscriber data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and email you ahead of time. Minor wording cleanups won't trigger an email.
